The allegations in the FIR are that three motorcycle borne youth had snatched ear rings of wife of the complainant. During investigation name of the petitioner has surfaced alongwith co-accused. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the nature and gravity of offence, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
