(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of the anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.14 dated 20.01.2022 under Sections 307, 427, 506, 148, 149 and 120 IPC and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Sadar Nakodar, District Jalandhar. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 01.06.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
A status report dated 31.08.2022 filed on behalf of the respondent-State is taken on record.
The learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 01.06.2022 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
In this view of the matter, interim order dated 01.06.2022 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
