After arguing at some length, learned counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Magistrate. Learned State counsel does not oppose the prayer. He, however, submits that State may be granted liberty to seek remand of the petitioner.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Needless to observe that petitioner shall also be at liberty to avail the remedy available under the law for regular bail at the appropriate stage. The concerned court shall endeavor to decide the same expeditiously.
