RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 read with Section 167(2) Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 83 dated 21.05.2014 under Section 15 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala. Heard.

Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition is not maintainable in view of judgment dated 08.11.2016 of a Division Bench of this Court passed in CRR-2087-2014 and other connected petitions. In view of the above, the instant petition being not maintainable is dismissed.
