% The petitioner for the same cause and same relief filed CRM-M-37208 of 2022 before this Court which came up for consideration before this Court. On 17.4.2023, following order was passed by this Court:- "The petitioner through instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is seeking grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.86 dated 25.06.2022 under Sections 323, 324, 34, PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.05.12 16:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

2023:PHHC:068722 CRM-M-24120 of 2023 -2498-A of IPC registered at Police Station Shri Hargobindpur, District Batala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the injuries suffered by the complainant, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the Trial Court. He further prays that Trial Court may be directed to decide her bail application expeditiously.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court. If the petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court within 2 weeks from today, the Trial Court shall decide her bail application within three days."

In view of the above, no ground to entertain second application seeking grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
