It has been pointed out by the learned State counsel, on the instructions from Kamalpreet Singh, Forest Range Officer, Ludhiana, that vide judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 20.02.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ludhiana, the petitioner stands convicted under Sections 33 and 63 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a maximum period of 10 days and to pay fine, with default clause. In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed as having become infructuous.
