The main allegations are against Amolakh Singh, who was allegedly found in possession of 600 grams of heroin along with 30 cartridges. It will certainly be a debatable issue whether the petitioner could be said to have harboured her husband before any conviction order having been passed against him. Be that as it may, the petitioner having already joined the investigation, can be granted the concession of prearrest bail. The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 12.2.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. March 31 ,2016 ( M.M.S.BEDI ) TSM JUDGE
