A representation dated 02.12.2014 (P-1) has been given in this regard to respondent No. 2 but no action has been taken till date.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of by giving a direction to respondent No. 2 to look into the representation dated 02.12.2014 (P-21) and call the parties in his office for an amicable settlement.
