Kapurthala.
As per allegations of the complainant on the day of occurrence i.e. 30.11.2015 at around 2 pm accused party including petitioner were forcibly trying to plough fields in possession of the complainant. The role attributed to the petitioner is that he fired towards complainant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of no injury and probably false implication.
On the other hand learned State counsel states that custody RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.04.11 16:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.
CRM-M 5199/2016 of the petitioner is required to effect the guns used in the occurrence. Without commenting on the merits of the case, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
