Through this petition, the petitioner seeks directions to the official respondents to conduct a proper and fair investigation in case bearing FIR No.140 dated 02.08.2020 under Sections 376(D) and 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Boha, District Mansa.
