The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for issuance of an appropriate writ or order in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 22.01.2019 (Annexure P-9) passed by respondent No.2. Further, praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing to respondents to grant Mewat Area allowance to petitioners at par with the Doctors of Saheed Hasan Khan Mewati, Govt. Medical College, Nalhar from the date of their appointment along with interest.
