(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to file a review application before the Commissioner, Karnal Division, Karnal, as he asserts that in the order dated 26.02.2021 (Annexure P-4) which has been passed, the assertion of the counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 11.10.2018 passed by the Collector, Panipat as also the order dated 15.09.2017 of the SDO, Civil-cum-Assistant, First Grade, Samalkha would not sustain because the said authority does not have the jurisdiction to entertain a petition under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands Act.
