***** GURBIR SINGH, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the respondents authorities to initiate appropriate Legal Action against the respondent so as to provide justice to the petitioner. In view of the above, vide this Court order dated 29.10.2018, respondent is directed to file short reply as to what action has been taken pursuant to the petitioner's representation/ grievance before the next date of hearing.
