RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate directions to consider adding of Section 379-B IPC with regard to snatching of Rs.2700/- as the respondent police officials has not intentionally added the same during the investigation though the complaint dated 02.02.2023, vide diary No.4450 clearly shows that snatching of Rs.2700/- was done from the petitioner besides other offences. It is further prayed that strict legal action/departmental action be taken against the officials who is respondent no.4 for not taking cognizance of snatching in the present case.

Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Sr.DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits, on instructions, that challan is presented and the case is fixed for framing of the charge.
