(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.1 to decide and act upon representation dated 30.01.2025 (Annexure P-7) and take appropriate action to rectify the revenue records and mutate the church property. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies in terms of Section 45 of the Haryana Land Revenue Act.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
