Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release salary of the petitioner from April to August, 2021.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that salary for the said period has been released to the petitioner. 3.

It is, therefore, apparent that the relief claimed in the petition stands granted to the petitioner, and nothing survives for adjudication.
