The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.37 dated 13.01.2019 registered under Sections 323, 498-A, 506, 379-A, 365, 511 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh along with all subsequent proceedings arising out of the said FIR. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the accused in the present case have since been acquitted and in view thereof the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
