Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.04 dated 12.01.2016 under Sections 307, 412, 473, 148,149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act,PS Tallewal,Distt.Barnala. As per allegations police party had intercepted two cars. Occupants of the cars started firing on the police party. Occupants of first car were apprehended while that of the other car had fled away. On the disclosure statement of the apprehended accused the name of the petitioner accused has surfaced.

At the very outset,learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
