Mr. Anil Kumar Garg, Advocate, for respondent No.2. ***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Criminal Complaint No.NACT/4172013 dated 06.02.2013 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rupnagar.

It is alleged before the court that bail bonds of the petitioner were cancelled as he was not able to appear before the trial court on one of hearing due to reason beyond his control. He approached the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Rupnagar with the same prayer, which was granted subject to his depositing 25% of the amount. Petition is disposed of with a direction that, in case, the petitioner surrenders before the trial court within 10 days from today and moves an application for bail, it shall be decided on the same day. The conditions imposed by the court of Additional Sessions Judge, would not stand in its way.
