(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.42 dated 26.02.2016 under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC and 24(1) B, C, E, F, G of Immigration Act, at Police Station Rama Mandi, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated February 05, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated February 05, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
