This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 139 dated 11.06.2017 under sections 452/324/323/148/149/506 IPC at Police Station Sadar Khanna, police district Khanna, district Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 07, 2017, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated December 07, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
