(ORAL) The petitioner herein has sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.65 dated 15.06.2021 registered at Police Station Mehta, District Amritsar, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC.
Learned State counsel, on the instructions from SI Parminder Singh, from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 19.07.2021, as passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined in the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required and he is also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature.
