(Oral) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2014 (Annexure P-3) contending that there is a Government Primary School in village Hussainpur Dullowal, District-Kapurthala and that school falls, as per revenue record, in Khewat No. 211/202 Min/Khatauni No. 324, Khasra NO. 74/5 (1-9) and is owned by the Central Government. However, in the Jamabandi (Annexure P-1) possession has been shown as that of Education Department, Punjab.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that due to nonavailability of teachers the school was closed and now Anganwadi children are attending their classes in the Gurudwara of the village. Now the Sarpanch of the Gram Sabha namely Mrs. Simranjit Kaur along with her husband Mr. Anokh singh and Panch Mr. Balwinder Singh and others have demolished the building of the school and used the material of the same for MOHAMMAD WASEEM ANSARI 2015.02.

Learned counsel for the petitioner feels satisfied if direction be issued to respondent No. 2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala for taking action on the representation of the petitioner which is Annexure P-3.
In these circumstances, respondent No. 2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 05.12.2014 (Annexure P-3).
Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
