The peƟƟoner incarcerated in the FIR capƟoned above, has come up before this Court under SecƟon 439 CrPC seeking bail.

In paragraph 11 of the bail peƟƟon, the accused declares that he has no criminal antecedents. However, as per paragraph 7 of the order dated 31.03.2023 passed by the trial Court it has been menƟoned that 14 more FIRs have also been registered against the peƟƟoner.

3. Given above, the peƟƟoner has concealed the criminal history from the Court, as such, the present peƟƟon stands dismissed with liberty to file a fresh peƟƟon aŌer menƟoning all the criminal history of the peƟƟoner. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
