(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., challenge has been laid to judgment dated 18.04.2014 (P-3) of the revisional court, who accepted the revision of respondent No.2-complainant and set aside the order dated 19.03.2013 of the trial court, whereby, the petitioner was discharged.

Heard.

The revisional court setting aside order dated 19.03.2013 of the trial court, whereby, the petitioner was discharged, has directed the trial court to pass a fresh order. Therefore, as on date there is no adverse order against the petitioner.
