(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C for transfer of trial in case FIR No. 84 dated 29.05.2016 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Division No. 5, Ludhiana. State counsel submits that respondent No. 2 Gaurav Malhotra had filed a quashing petition bearing CRM-M No. 43963 of 2021; the same was allowed and quashed by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2022, as such, the present petition has been rendered infrucutous.

Prayer of petitioner for seeking transfer of trial of aforesaid FIR has rendered infructuous as the FIR already been quashed, therefore, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
