Mr. Gaurav Bansal, AAG, Haryana *** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner has joined the investigation and has furnished an affidavit that he does not hold any Passport. He further states that a sum of Rs.50,000/- has been deposited before CJM, Palwal. Supporting documents in that regard have been placed on file. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Vinod Kumar submits that since the petitioner has joined the investigation and has deposited the amount in compliance with the order passed by the Court, therefore, he is not required by the police for further investigation. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 7.12.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
