MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (ORAL) This is a second petition filed by the petitioner seeking the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.93 dated 26.12.2024 registered under Sections 22(c) and 29 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Rampura, District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to bring to the notice of this Court any material change in circumstances after the previous petition was dismissed on merits on 17.02.2025 by this Court, which would warrant entertaining the instant petition. 3.
Hence, no ground is made out to accept the prayer made in the instant petition.
