Pursuant to the interim order passed by this court, the petitioner has already put in appearance before the summoning court. From the perusal of the interim orders passed by the summoning/trial court, it is apparent that the petitioner has already put in appearance before the trial court.

The petition is allowed and interim order dated 8.1.2016 is hereby confirmed and the petitioner will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished subject to the condition that the petitioner will continue to appear before the summoning/trial court and will not absent herself without any sufficient cause March 28 ,2016 ( M.M.S.BEDI ) TSM JUDGE
