The petitioners have approached this Court inter alia for setting aside the order dated 04.04.2026 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chandigarh, whereby an application filed by them under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, 'SARFAESI Act') has been dismissed. 2.
Counsel for the petitioners contends that the dismissal order has been passed in violation of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP-20243-2025, titled as M/s Fair Style Embroidery Works and another vs. Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Chandigarh and others, decided on 12.09.2025 (Annexure P-20).

We have heard counsel for the petitioners.

Remedy available to the petitioners is to challenge the order HARISH KUMAR 2026.04.18 14:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP-11429-2026 (2) passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal is before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act. No exceptional case is made out for exercising the extraordinary writ jurisdiction by this Court.

The writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to take recourse of remedy available under the SARFAESI Act.
