Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of cross version recorded vide Rapat No. 14 dated 4.6.2010 under Section 323, 324, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short) (Annexure P-1) in FIR No. 39 dated 3.6.2010 under Section 323, 324, 326, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Narot Jaimal Singh, District Gurdaspur (Now Pathankot) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 3.1.2015 (Annexure P-3) effected between the parties. Vide order dated 26.2.2015, Appellate Court was directed to record the statements of the parties. In pursuance to the said order, Appellate Court has reported that the case has been decided on 5.3.2015.
