RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.70, dated 04.06.2020, under Section 363, 366-A, 376 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Kheri Gandian, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.
