R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Prayer is made by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 429 dated 09.11.2013 for offences under Sections 302 and 34 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 3 of SC & ST Act, registered at Police Station Badshahpur, District Gurgaon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits and not disputed by learned counsel for the complainant as well as State counsel that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and furnished the bail bonds after the bail application was allowed by the trial Court in deference to the order dated 06.04.2015.
