Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.30 dated 06.04.2018 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Banga, District SBS Nagar.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

As per the allegations against the petitioner, he received `25 lakhs from the complainant for sending him to Canada. The present petitioner is the main accused and serious allegations are levelled against him.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, I find that petitioner is required for custodial interrogation and no VINEET GULATI 2018.10.30 15:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh ground is made out to grant anticipatory bail to him.
