Seeking cancellation of bail granted to the accused in the FIR captioned above, the aggrieved person has come up before this Court under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC).

State counsel submits that present petition was filed by way of electronic mode and later on physically petition was filed and same was disposed of on 18.07.2025 as infructuous as respondent was expired and also handed over a copy of the respondent's death certificate, which is taken on record.

Given above, no order is required to be passed in this case and is disposed of accordingly.
