The petitioner is seeking transfer of investigation of FIR No. 10 dated 15.01.2021, under Section 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Women Cell, Police Commissionerate Jalandhar to Bureau of Investigation, Punjab.

Reply by way of affidavit dated 25.1.2022 of Harsimrat Singh, Assistant Commissioner of Police (Central), Ludhiana, on behalf of respondents No. 5, 8 and 9 is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3.

Learned Stated counsel pointing out reply submitted that senior officers of the police have conducted investigation qua different complaints filed by private respondents against the petitioner. All the complaints except one have been found false. With respect to FIR No. 10 dated 15.01.2021, learned State counsel submits that challan PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.05.04 16:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M- 41681 of 2021 -2stands presented, charges stand framed and trial is pending at the stage of prosecution evidence, thus, no further order is warranted. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid factual position.

In view of above facts, no further order is warranted. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all pleas before trial court. 6.
