The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for the issuance of directions to conduct a fair, transparent and impartial investigation in FIR No.313 dated 07.08.2021 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 273, 337, 304-A and 427 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Sadar Nuh, District Nuh.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

The learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Subhash, submits that pursuant to the registration of the FIR, the challan stands presented, charges framed and the case is now listed for recording of prosecution evidence.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
