Seeking quashing of the FIR captioned above, the petitioners-accused have come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC. 2.

Complainant-respondent no.2 has no objection to the FIR being quashed. 3.

However, State's counsel submits that there were two injured namely Nachhatar Singh and Balwinder Singh in this FIR, who have neither been impleaded as respondents in this petition nor they are signatories to the compromise in question. 3.

Given above, the present petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.

However, in case the petitioners enter into any compromise with the injured Nachhatar Singh and Balwinder Singh, they will be at liberty to approach this Court by filing a fresh petition for quashing on the basis of compromise after arraigning said injured as respondents, in accordance with law.
