(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing order dated 27.11.2017 (Annexure P-3) of the learned JMIC, Karnal, dismissing the application of the petitioner under Section 311 Cr.P.C. for recalling CW-1 - Sunil Kumar Chhabra for further crossexamination. It is totally a frivolous petition, which has been filed to delay the proceedings.

At this stage, when the Bench was not agreeing with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
