(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.3 to 8.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, Punjab, is directed to look into representation dated 15.10.2018 (Annexure P-4) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, Punjab, to look into RAVINDER SINGH 2018.10.29 11:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2018 (Annexure P-4)
