RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.104 dated 26.05.2021, under Sections 379, 420, 34 IPC (Sections 264, 406 and 120 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib, Annexure P7, on the basis of compromise dated 03.05.2023, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail any other remedy as available to them under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. May 15, 2023 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
