Learned counsel for respondent No.2/complainant has pleaded that the application filed by the petitioners before the Sessions Court was dismissed as withdrawn and was not decided on merits. Thus, firstly the petitioners should have availed the remedy of seeking anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said application was got dismissed as withdrawn as the same was stated to be not maintainable. He further contended that the petitioners have already got the interim bail as per the order of this Court. He further pleaded that in case the petitioners are relegated to avail remedy before the Sessions Court, the interim protection granted to them may extended.

Criminal Misc. No. M-6427 of 2015 In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to first avail the remedy of anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court. If the petitioners move an application for grant of anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court on or before 28.4.2015, the interim protection granted to them shall continue, till the decision thereon.
