******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that there is no FIR registered against the petitioner. On the complaint by Vikas Madaan, an enquiry is being conducted in which three notices under Section 160 Cr.P.C. have been issued to petitioner, to which she has not responded or joined the enquiry.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to respond, if he so desires, to the notices issued to him by the police and to respondents to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.
