(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the Calendra dated 28.03.2024 (Annexure P-3) under Section 182 of IPC in FIR No. 238 dated 25.07.2023 registered under Sections 354A, 354-D, 506 IPC at Police Station City Rewari, District Rewari as the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.02.2024 (Annexure P-2) is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class. Power of attorney filed on behalf of the complainant in Court today is taken on record.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in this case; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Permitted to do so.
