The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No. 20 dated 05.02.2025 under Sections 209 of BNS registered at Police Station Arya Nagar Rohtak, District Rohtak.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court concerned and further, to file an application for grant of regular bail.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
