(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 175 dated 08.10.2013 for offence under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 21 of Mines and Minerals Act, 1957, registered at Police Station Sadar, Fazilka, District Fazilka.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Het Ram submits that charges have been framed on 19.08.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order of charge before the revisional Court by setting up the contentions taken herein. Disposed of with liberty, as aforesaid.
