RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of criminal complaint No.COMI/689/2015 dated 15.06.2016, titled as "Ram Singh vs Mangal Singh Kishanpuri and Ors', under Sections 465, 468, 469, 470, 471 and 120-B IPC, pending before learned JMIC, Amritsar as well as for quashing of summoning order dated 21.11.2022, Annexure P-2, passed by learned JMIC Amritsar, vide which the petitioners have been summoned under Sections 465, 471, 120-B IPC for trial alongwith all the consequential proceedings arising out of it. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court of Sessions for redressal of their grievances.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. May 15, 2023 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
