Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 50 dated 07.03.2014 registered under Sections 420 IPC at Police Station Kundli, District Sonipat and the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

Mr. Naveen S. Panwar, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2-complainant. He denies the assertion of compromise.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
