***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of FIR No.75 dated 24.03.2023, under Section 174-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Industrial Area, Bhiwani (Annexure P-1) and all the consequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage the petitioner does not press the prayer for quashing of the FIR No.75 dated 24.03.2023 and the present petition be considered only regarding quashing of the order dated 06.03.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bhiwani, whereby the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed person. 2023:PHHC:078689 CRM-M-24238-2023 (O&M) -2is ready and willing to surrender before the trial Court and hence he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, however, he submits that an appropriate direction be issued that his application for regular bail be considered expeditiously.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 10 days from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned trial Court expeditiously and preferably with seven days from the day of filing of application for grant of regular bail, in accordance with law. 4.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
