Learned counsel for the petitioners states that his limited prayer in the matter is that the writ petition be treated as representation of the petitioners and it be considered and necessary orders passed therein by the official respondents. Learned State counsel representing the official respondents states that the respondents would comply with any direction passed by this Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to treat the writ petition as a representation, consider it and then pass appropriate detailed order giving reasons thereon with a period of two months from today.
